They actually lost two good ones after i quit because,cycle time went way up and quality went way down.No i really didn't move to a better shop but at least i am being told im getting the shaft instead of being lied to. That manually entered "included" option is just another form of entering "0" for an item or operation that was not included in a time study. The system does nothing. All systems state that a time should be implemented. I have never once observed an insurer staff appraiser enter "incl" nor was I ever instructed to do so while under a DRP contract. I'm not sure, but in some cases, that could be considered fraud to manually over ride and then makes it's way to the customer.
