Yeah, i wish it was that easy. Truck has 37K miles.
The service manager said today the shop will make it right to my satisfaction. I told the owner of the body shop pretty much what you said-both quarters come out, bumper cover comes off, headliner dropped, antenna removed, rack removed, entire roof and quarters re-painted and cleared.

I believe this will be like sending food back in the restaurant... may look good but SPIT is hard to see!!!
